Please note:

• Physical returns are not accepted for any products.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or compromised, contact info@HeroPeptidesLab.com within 24 hours of delivery and include supporting documentation (e.g., photos and order number).

• Approved claims may qualify for a refund or store credit, at our discretion.

• Buyers are responsible for the safe and lawful disposal of any research materials, in accordance with applicable local and institutional regulations.
