RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Refund & Final Sale Policy
At Hero Peptides LLC, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our research materials. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed for shipment and a tracking number has been issued.
We do not issue refunds through Apple Pay, Venmo, or other payment methods once tracking information has been generated and the materials have been shipped or transferred to the carrier.

Damaged, Defective, or Compromised Products
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear supporting documentation, including photos of the product and packaging, along with any applicable batch information.
Approved claims will be handled at the discretion of Hero Peptides LLC and may qualify for a replacement or store credit. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed.

Important Notes

All sales are final.

We do not accept physical returns of research materials under any circumstances.
Once tracking has been issued and the order has been transferred for shipment, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Buyers are solely responsible for the safe, lawful, and compliant disposal of research materials in accordance with applicable local, state, federal, and institutional requirements.
Hero Peptides LLC will not replace, refund, or issue credit for products that have been improperly stored, mishandled, altered, or used in a manner inconsistent with their designated in-vitro research-only purpose.
